Some of our artists started the year with a wellbeing session with Mark from themawstudios.
Mark led calm, structured boxing drills, with Hayley guiding the relaxation at the end.

TJ, also one of our Associate Artists, is joining us as a co-facilitator on Voice. He leads warm-ups and sessions focusing on accessibility. He’s always thinking about changing tasks to meet students’ needs, and it really helps them shine. 🌟
