I find there's a tension between most forums including a robots.txt with a blanket "no", and Kagi actually being one of the few indexers that respects the robots.txt. I dont find any useful forums indexed, but also I only find _any_ forums on Kagi.

Isn't this the program that mandates encryption backdoors? The one a handful of prominent E2EE services said they'd drop official EU bloc support over if compliance was mandated?
Or is this the one Telegram was already complying above and beyond on when Durov was arrested for "non-compliance"?
