My metric for how good a sport is to see on tv is based on the ratio of game time to air time.
Footballs 10-20mins when the ball is moving is very watchable, if you can get video of of just that … the 3.5hrs of air time not so much.
Soccer/hockey >basketball >football/baseball. Ad breaks are bad
