Turns out isopropyl alcohol can get the gunk off old plastic on gear. Lots of cheaper plastic gets gummy over time so it's nice this fixes it.
Dip in isopropyl alcohol, 4x-8x heavy swipes over each face with a cue tip, then clean up any extra residue 🧼

Turns out isopropyl alcohol can get the gunk off old plastic on gear. Lots of cheaper plastic gets gummy over time so it's nice this fixes it.

Love they have story mode sliders! Used it for phase 3 Lady E and to not sink 3-4 hours into Eigong pattern learning 😂
Can always go fight them after in normal too!

The Austin #gameaudio meetup was a big success tonight!
We all brought props and did a big shootout between ultrasonic mics.
Also presented my fresh talk "Beyond Audible" which is a primer all about ultrasonic recording.

Found this Blue Robbie for $300 so I'm testing it out. Specs are awesome for noise and frequency extension to 100khz.

Split keyboards are amazing for posture and ergonomics! I tried a few and landed on the NocFree with silent switches, foam and walnut wrist rests.
Absolute Game changer ⌨️
No more twisted arms, ulnar nerves or collapsed shoulders.

I've had varying success before, but nailed all four quickly this time. Funny how just a few tweaks makes all the difference for angle, method, and pressure.

What #gameaudio color themes inspire you in your DAWs? Thinking a cool nature theme, retro and synthwave theme would be fun for different types of tasks :)

It really shines midway as companions and combat hit their stride IMHO.
Try playing a bit with music muted to isolate the wonderful ambience, FS, impact and combat sounds 🎧

I didn't try it with the 8040 yet. I didn't care for it when blending it with my 50/30 in midside for some reason. Seems best to avoid midside when crossing over.
It pairs extremely well with the schoeps. I blend at 30,000, the highest fabfilter crossover and 24dB slope. Some use 18 or 20khz.

Trying a listen travel iPhone stand. I think if I secure with Velcro or zip ties it will be perfect. Added the MagSafe mount to the tablet and it's lighter than my iPhone.

🤳Trying a Lenovo M8 as a dedicated wingman tablet and it seems like a perfect fit after some tweaks. 13 hours of battery life, bright, lightweight, and very inexpensive!

🤳Trying a Lenovo M8 as a dedicated wingman tablet and it seems like a perfect fit after some tweaks. 13 hours of battery life, bright, lightweight, and very inexpensive!
Nice to have all the tracks, takes, and project so visually accessible.
