Both through the nrcs, typical "government" routes, and with eduaction within communities. We can all do more if we have the the opportunity to learn the things we dont know we dont know
However, to avoid solar/crop hybrid farms becoming another sector dominated by Big Ag, we MUST have government-subsidized access to the equipment necessary for small farms to engage in this (and regenerative) ag.

Regen Ag is land and water restoration, conservation, food, jobs, flood defences, rare & native breed preservation, carbon sink, and it keeps my beloved peat moorland as it should be so I get a nice personal bonus too.
