I have looked on youtube, but all I'm finding are either medal rechaining or franciscian rope with knots. Neither of those are what I'm trying to replace.

Yes. I have some leather cord that I picked up thinking I could fix it quickly... but it's not quickly. I'm still at square one.

Like I could do it myself, I just don't know how to do the knots and all.

Originally, it was rope with beads. Then it broke, and my friend repaired it ith a leather chord. Then that broke. It's a super simple rosary, which is why I love it so much. (Here's a photo from when it was fixed before www.instagram.com/p/Cq3gYuyPpT...)

If it's told to be hurtful, no. If it hurts when ou tell it with gentleness and care, that is truth. That's my perspective anyways.
