I’d venture to guess that Trumps hostile attitude towards other US allies has improved their relationship with Ukraine. EU is stepping up more without waiting for US backing. US is a Russian puppet now. No need to try to get US aid.

But really it boils down to eat your veggies eat your protein. Do t eat too much. Train heavy train consistently. Assuming you want to get stronger. Rule of thumb if a diet has a name it’s probably nonsense. Or at least partially. Oh and do some cardio.

The recent Pavel and Huberman podcast has a lot of good info on strength training. Otherwise stronger by science has a ton of gold.

It looks like it is was in vitro (they extracted cells and put them in a Petri dish). So not quite in rats but still interesting.

If you buy a digital copy, it isn’t your until you strip the DRM and save it locally. Once you do that it is as much yours as any other file on your computer. Amazon can’t take it away.

If you buy a digital copy, it isn’t your until you strip the DRM and save it locally. Once you do that it is as much yours as any other file on your computer. Amazon can’t take it away.
