From what I have seen, unless they have been hit with that counterattack before, it tends to stun them in their first turn, then confuse them for the rest, leading to them hurting themselves in confusion.

Replying 8 9 consistently seems to annoy them and get them to stop after a while.

It’s mostly because they don’t have everything quite figured out on the Business side yet. But with what we do, we likely won’t be touched for a year minimum

I’ve already had to reassure people that those announces won’t apply to us in any major way.

This is a very true statement.

Pretty much everything that was supposed to happen for my dept back in Sept, did not. Nov. 1 we are expected to lose about 30-40% of our "customer" base because they are shifting them to another org. However, without my department, my org would crumble. Yay? 😒
