Welcome to my BlueSky profile, sorry about the downtime. I’m firing on more than one cylinder again!

Very subtle differences- has a lot more color-depth though, this is really neat. I couldn't even imagine working with color in this way- too much info to keep track of on top of shape for me as an artist right now.

I just don't like it and they were trying to convert me into liking it.

@tuneintoabacas.bsky.social to be real though the screen did have some scratches where it collided, what I mean is no damage to the display!

@tuneintoabacas.bsky.social previous tweet was the donor, this is the one without screen damage: (miraculously)

@dicsaw.bsky.social lmao artist interactions are better to read than whatever I just did for the past hour with someone over something-

I’m lucky in that I’m only addicted to sour milk, taking this analogy quite far.

They should not admire lies. What you lot call frutiger aero is all corporate lies, I learned this and now I’m salty. I don’t want some kid to grow up and be salty like me because they had something past it’s expiration date.
January 9, 2026 at 1:26 PM
That is what makes it slop.
January 9, 2026 at 1:22 PM
It’s the attitude towards the original pieces of artifice, the attitude I don’t like.
January 9, 2026 at 1:21 PM
👎 (this is not the kind I’m talking about, I’m talking about how everything is suddenly a core now and YES I’m including things like “Y2K” as it’s understood as an aesthetic on TikTok and “frutiger aero” simply because of the lack of accuracy to any actual sliver of time or an experience.)
January 9, 2026 at 1:20 PM
I only just looked at your profile, I did not say that because you’re anti AI, I did because I am, and I’m also anti-non-AI slop. I consider collages of random techy stuff from the 00s-2010s and posting concept images from that time with “omg so retro” or akin to it to be slop. I’m sorry.
January 9, 2026 at 1:16 PM
Text to image generation literally needs LABELS and CONSISTENT ones at that. This is conspiracy theory crap but this aesthetics community thing originated on social media, which is controlled by big tech, which is pushing AI right now.
January 9, 2026 at 1:14 PM
Hopefully I have communicated an actual tangible concern now.
January 9, 2026 at 1:09 PM
Figure I’ll do this because you’re probably only looking at this thread
January 9, 2026 at 1:08 PM
I recommend discontinuing interaction with this conversation, I will personally not give up this sentiment I have towards the core-ification of everything, I fucking hate how everything is a marketable brand aspect boiled down to suit social media posts in order to tag them all “correctly.”
January 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM
I don’t want it to be reshaped I want to live in 2012. There is a difference. My mind is broken by modern technology, and this frutiger aero stuff is is the past’s truth being broken by it as well.
January 9, 2026 at 12:55 PM
It does not help authenticity of recreating a real period of time, and that is what I strive to do with my “omg so retro aesthetic” labeled use of technology. I do not want to wear 2010 as a fashion statement, I am delusional and I want people to see how I got there.
January 9, 2026 at 12:53 PM
I’m confused how your still arguing in favor of something that doesn’t make sense.
January 9, 2026 at 12:51 PM
Sorry I simply see so many “frutiger aero playlist omg so retro” on YouTube where they frame it as if it’s this sequel to vaporwave when the tracks had no concept of this label when being produced, and in a different way to being the founding concepts for whatever “frutiger aero music” is.
January 9, 2026 at 12:49 PM
I was merely referencing how that has thousands of labels and some people genuinely justify it.
