I’m stating what I saw in the video and asking for people who see it differently to help me understand a different lens.

She walked in front of the van when they were trying to leave and they had to stop. Then they tried to go backwards to leave.

I absolutely think trans people should stand up for themselves, and Annie what they were saying to Annie was wrong. Your phrasing is accusatory.

Thanks for the article. Will check it out. Totally agree that someone being annoying never warrants physical harm and that trans people should stand up for themselves. It looks like they were trying to leave and then she walked in front of it, blocking them from leaving.

My questions are truly to seek to understand. What am I not seeing?

I can see why she is upset (ex.misgendering) and confronted them. If they were a threat, why didn’t she leave? Why did she stand in front of the van blocking their exit? Why did she walk up so close to them? They were trying to leave and she had the info to report them.

I watched the videos and see a different dynamic than what is described in the posts. What am I missing? Sincerely want to understand.
