last year, the cataloguer at the library where I work saw how excited I was to see one of @tkingfisher.com‘s releases (Hemlock & Silver, maybe?) as she was processing it, so now she texts me as soon as the latest book arrives for cataloging. This means I get to leave work tonight with this in hand!

I have spent my entire adult life being lectured by Republican politicians and conservative legal movement types about how important it is to preserve the sacred constitutional right to self-defense of *specifically this person* and then secret police murdered him in the street
