Ride North to Scarborough! The result of our collaboration with our good pal Stu from North Riding Brewery is now available. A classic, convivial pale brewed using Columbus, Citra and Vic Secret hops, for a vivid, citrussy character and a juicy finish. Look out for it on the bar!

Our collective love letter to UK hops, this 6.2% IPA features Harlequin and Olicana, bringing vibrant tropical flavours which meld with the classic orange-y marmalade and hedgerow notes of Admiral & EKG. Oats & Vienna malt give a tasty, biscuity background for this homegrown hop combo to shine.

These are UK Cascade, and they've been lovingly stripped from the bine by hand and added to a single barrel of our Funk Dungeon heritage saison base. We can't wait to see the character they bring to the finished beer!
