That’s the thing. Throwing up after (accidentally) murdering a child seems like a human reaction. Pursuing a career where you continue to carry a weapon after that is unforgivable.

It took me seeing it reposted in new images from separate accounts I generally trust before I believed it could be true. It’s just so utterly unhinged — even by his standards.

It’s way more than that. The whole house has to be rewired. They’ve effed up the plumbing, the walls, the ceiling… It needs HVAC… And since it’s been abandoned for 20 years, the roof is shot and any insulation needs to be ripped out and replaced plus mold remediation. And it has 1 bathroom.

Ah, but it’s “All women are untrustworthy. They will seduce me against my will or lie about me.” Ahem. I’m rolling my eyes, but I’m also entirely serious. That’s their reasoning.

So incredibly difficult for people without (or losing) their tech skills. Or for anyone with limited English literacy… So many potential pitfalls and outsized consequences!

And this is why elementary students with dysgraphia need 1:1 remediation and support. Because this doesn’t get better on its own — they just become adults who can’t communicate in writing.

Yes, there are different types and the quality varies within those. A drop biscuit is more similar to a savory scone than the laminated biscuits Jamelle posted. But ... even drop biscuits should (unless old / bad) have a different texture and moisture content than scones.

I started to think "Oh, and 3yos! It's so magical at 3!!!" but then I just kept going... So many years of delight. Christmas with little ones is so wonderful. ... Youngest is a preteen now, and I won't minimize that fun, but it's sure different.

Last year it would have been hard for me to imagine not shopping at Target weekly or more. … Now, as others have said, it’s not possible for me to shop Less, but I’ll give it a go.

My then 3yo, death-staring at the ped who had asked her fav “healthy” food. 6yo hopping up and down, “Tell her you eat broccoli! You Like broccoli!” 3yo, quietly vicious, “Cin.na.mon rolls. … Donuts.” 6yo, whimpering, “Broccoli…”

I think that's totally true, but Mamdani also handled him really well. He didn't bow and scrape *or* try to fight him. He did exactly what he did so well through the campaign -- he stood strong, smiled, stuck to his talking points, refused to get derailed, and was generally charming.
