3. HR complaints lead to group punishment. We see in multiple instances that on the Tulpar the poor decision of one punishes the entire crew, often financially. In an already shitty situation where everyone is laid off, reporting misconduct will also punish everyone, including Anya.(Horrifying btw)

2. Pony Express only allows them to get a max of 5 hours of sleep. They are ALL sleep deprived leading up to the crash.

The Poster even says that the “5 hours” also includes leisure time so even 5 hours of sleep is a stretch AND we see that the crew has things like game night which eat that time.

1. The Pony Express suddenly lays everyone off not even half way through the Haul, leaving mostly all of them with no savings or ways to move forward. Anya even says that she has no savings to take care of herself with (something I genuinely think influences the decisions on how Jimmy was handled)

If you take the time to read the Posters and the fine print on them, you begin to understand the complications and the pressure everyone, especially in regards to Anya and Curly, has on their shoulders and how that effects their choices.
