Agree, and would add: people who could have voted without much inconvenience and did not. (I have more sympathy for those that had a very hard time voting, due to Republican efforts at supression.)

I'm a financial planner. Even now, a woman can set aside her career to care for children - and the pandemic taught us that economics often make this a necessity- so her husband earns a higher Soc Sec bene. If they split, he gets full bene. She gets 1/2.
