What does renaming the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America accomplish, other than throwing some kind of childish insult at one of our closest allies and largest trading partners?

Just like that, the POTUS is immune from the law, can erase Constitutional Amendments with the stroke of a pen and controls government spending without any oversite from Congress or anyone else. Can you say, "Dick tator"
