I’ve been through enough hell in my life. I’m finally back where I’m at to get into working out WHILE WORKING. 12 hour shifts rotating schedule. I still have my depression and still trying to push it in the gym.

Depression sucks. Even when it takes on your little side and you feel drained. My room was a hot mess and looked like a bunch of littles trashed it. Minus the arts and crafts. I fought myself hard to get it cleaned up but I’m proud of myself.
