I drove a ford escort into the ground and sold it to a neighbor kid for a demolition derby vehicle. I felt that was a fitting end for Old Blue.

Many offer an option for a phone call to deliver the code. That’s how I did all the MFA for my father in law when he didn’t have a mobile phone.

They are that stupid and that racist.

Wait until they find out what restaurants are putting in their food.

I knew Todd Young would fold. Feckless twat.

If I lived in Istanbul I would be late to every single thing due to petting every street cat I see as I’m walking along. And I’d be weighed down with all the treats I’d hand out!

I canned three quarters of red sauce from bags of random frozen tomatoes from my 2025 garden while making freezer space for the anticipated 2026 harvest.

The irony of the correlation between the theocracy in Iran and what the Christian nationalists running this country is astounding. How can people not see it or, worse yet, ignore or deny it?

Your eggs are exquisitely cooked. This looks amazing and I bet it smells even better!

I also do meals and no snacks. The concept of eating meals and snacks throughout the day maintains a constant flow of insulin, which leads to insulin resistance and eventually T2D. I’ve managed to bring my A1c from pre-diabetic levels to below 5.

I’m amazed at how vinegar curbs the blood glucose spike when I have a little escapade with carbs. The acetic acid does wonders!

My kitchen scale sits prominently on my counter. I use it obsessively to weigh everything. Grams rule!

I drove in NJ the first week in December and swear I’ll never return. Between the terrain and horrific signage it’s a nightmare. Way finding signage in Illinois has me so spoiled.

Same. I was looking at a site across the street from GW a few months after that event and was super vigilant. It’s a weird fight-flight-freeze, cortisol heightened feeling.

That is a beauty!

The last time I thought about stopping into the mall because I was nearby and had some spare time was about 10 minutes before an active shooter in the corridor I would’ve used to enter. I’ve never been more glad I’m so boring I’d rather just get home than go shopping.
