Look at these vintage solid brass art nouveau candle sticks! I saw the one on the left, but it had been sold. So I did a search & found a set sold by a small antique collector in the Netherlands. He was curious how I'd found him all the way from Canada and happy to ship them to me. They're gorgeous!
Art nouveau style brass candle sticks that look like fully open irises with downturned petals. The candles go in the centre of each flower. The candle stick on the left has 3 flower heads. The one on the right has one flower head. Each has big, tall leaves like a tulip or daffodil would. They are on a table top where a part of the table cloth is visible. The table cloth is dark blue-grey with a print using birds and leaves embroidered on the fabric. It is inspired by a famous print made by the Arts and Crafts artist William Morris called Strawberry Thief. The background of the photo has wood wainscotting visible in the bottom half that's stained a dark, glossy brown. In the top half, dark green matte paint is on a smooth wall and the lower edges of 2 large gold and black frames are visible.
