Sucks about your hands but outdoorsy things like that sound perfect. I never know whether stuff like this actually means anything, but LFAB was one of the main things that helped cheer me up during that initial health depression, so I just wanted to say a very awkward thank you for that.

Really sorry to hear that. I have chronic hypermobility & when I reached my mid 30s my body just completely fell apart. It's so depressing getting used to being in pain as the new normal, & it's far easier said than done, but I've found finding things to take my mind off it the best (only?) remedy.
