This was in "Drop Dead Diva" S01E02 (2009), too. 😭
I have a distinct memory of a frat party scene where Niall was in the background explaining that the spelling of the drink is "Whisky" in Scotland, but "Whiskey" with an E in Ireland. So I answered "Ireland, because your spelling means you're referring to the Irish drink." And we were correct 🤡🤡🤡2/2
