You'll remember that when Biden delivered an address in 2022, networks refused to air it because they said it was "political" www.washingtonpost.com/media/2022/0...
As Biden warned about democracy’s collapse, TV networks aired reruns
Broadcasters NBC, CBS and ABC usually air presidential prime-time addresses live. But they found Biden's Philadelphia speech more "political" than newsworthy.

Of the two of us, only one of us works for NATO and worked alongside the AFU. Maybe you should be listening vs mishearing what I wrote

You seem to have reading comprehension issues.

- My anti-Russian street cred is clear.

- These aren’t absurd statements, they’re not even novel among those informed on AFU & NATO.

- Warning NATO nations not to get complacent is not pro-Russian.

Sorry. It’s true. AFU in Donbas was battle hardened, entrenched, ready for a fight. Not true of NATO forces.
This should be a call to action, not satisfaction that we’ll do better than AFU

Yes. But that advantage would take time to materialize during conflict - time that may not be available prior to Russian seizure of significant territory.

Integration is still harder in a close alliance than those same weapons within a single military.

Yes, the AFU in Donbas in spring of ‘22 was more prepared than Poland or Baltics are today.

Likewise in the air: I often hear Russian inability to gain air superiority over Ukraine evidenced as a sign of weakness, w/o understanding that Ukraine’s IADS was the best in Europe (minus Rus)

Putin has killed hundreds of thousands of Russian soldiers for a small slice of Ukraine, the man is clearly not making rational cost/benefit decisions and Russia's neighbors are being rational to be alarmed by this
