How the other players feel when I don't counterspell the big scary creature even tho I have a counterspell in hand (I'm playing dimir goad)

The EDH banlist isn't meant to cultivate a balanced competitive meta, it's meant to preserve the fun and social aspects of EDH. It doesn't need to be well balanced, it needs to be fun

If card A & card B are both of similar power level, & can end the game in a similar time frame & similar way, but the difference in how they work makes card A feel bad to play against, & card B doesn't feel as bad, card A is the one more likely to see a ban & card B likely won't be touched.

Making people who are already lonely feel more lonely and angry makes it easier to turn them into nazis. Happy content men are harder to twist into hate filled tools of fascism.

Too many big studios put too much focus on high end fancy realistic graphics that most people can't run anyway and it causes the other aspects of the game to suffer imo. I don't care about it being 4k I care about consistent framerate and a compelling story with solid gameplay.
