I'm still debating it! She might stay dark brown or another brown shade instead, but I feel the name Bronwyn is more suited to a blonde for some reason.

I've not yet made decisions about her hair in Draft 3; Bronwyn, as she is now renamed, may be blonde! She may also cut her hair short, as I quite liked the symbolism of sacrifice there.

Later she did grow it back, but still chose to keep it relatively short (well above shoulder length) as a matter of practicality, but would still be considered unusually short for a young woman in Riviera.

Her hair has also changed colour between drafts - first dark brown, then maple brown.

Honestly exactly the same — if I didn't have a full time job and could dedicate myself to writing, I'd have 3 books out by now I'm sure!
As it is I'm wrestling through just finishing Draft 2 with how busy I've been the last few months; but I'm into the last 2 or so chapters, and a short epilogue!

Forewarning for those who follow my snips, one of the big changes I'm making may be to change Cassiel's name entirely. I'm going through some opinions on what to make it — I like a lot of names from the Mabinogion, Welsh mythology, so Bronwyn, Branwyn, Gwyndolyn and similar are competing in my head!

I have the feeling Reha's would start fun, but as she starts to throw heavier and heavier weapons with less and less accuracy, it would veer towards... Concerning 😂

I should not have put this on before bedtime.

How am I meant to sleep when I will be haunted by every aspect of the Frankenstein narrative, of the monster's desire to just be loved, to LIVE, to be seen—

Every time I revisit Frankenstein I relate to the monster a little more.

I really, REALLY appreciate how visceral and practical everything in this film was; they don't try to blind you with sci-fi babble, (the book never specified the exact method of animation) but they don't shy away from actually showing Victor build the body; something lacking from every other film.

Bonus points for "An arcane nuclear device mutated this ordinary lizard into a Terrasque"

The eventual climax being, at the discretion of the DM as to whether you prefer classic Gojira or more modern stuff, that either the Terrasque is a good thing and they need to stop the gov't from trying to kill it, or a force of destruction which must be stopped.

The party must piece together through investigation, all the while being censored by the government, that it is a singular beast attacking these towns, moving along the coast towards a major city and retreating into the sea to sleep and digest.
Very much a low combat, high roleplay campaign!

> for example, transmutation wizard might be a chemist, ranger might be a zoologist, etc.
They're brought together by a governmental organisation in order to investigate a recent and quite public destruction of a coastal town... The plot?

Godzilla.
But it's a Terrasque.
