Democrats (and republicans but everyone will forget about this probably) did their damnedest to ruin the livelihoods of millions of Americans in service to their corporate masters. It's not lost on me, and probably not lost on Trump's people that the economic fallout from this would have landed...

It's Biden who has declined to enforce the ban. He said he won't enforce it and will leave it up to Trump. The president has broad powers when it comes to enforcing laws. This is why Obama was able to stop the deportation of the dreamers. He just declined to deport them in spite of the law.

Trump was never tried for betraying his oath of office. And never convicted of that crime. Which means presumption of innocence remains until he is tried and convicted. The Biden administration had four years to make their case and prosecute and they did nothing. Blame them.

President Obama created the Dreamer exception to deportations for immigrants brought here as children who grew up in the United States. Should he have deported them, then? It has been pretty well established that presidents have broad discretion in enforcing federal law. Both sides use this.

I doubt he will because he is already being heavily bribed (my opinion) by Bezos, with the $40 million they are going to pay him and Melania to make a documentary about her. Tik Tok shop was becoming one of Amazons biggest competitors. But if he does it will be a massive political victory...

They have been saying since the bill was signed that they would turn it off immediately if the Supreme Court ruled against them. They were always playing hardball. Making sure we know whose fault all this is. And I mean, if Trump is the one that undoes the ban, then he's gonna get credit for that.
