I'm increasingly concerned that we're expected to interact with the #health system via our various screens, but providers show little understanding of #a11y. Giving feedback is problematic because there is little understanding of the meaning of #accessibility, and no obvious channels for feedback.

Interested in what those who are affected think. As usual RNZ News interviewed a service provider rather than a #disabled people's organisation. The CCS Disability Action spokesperson was positive.
