Join us this Saturday for our second Food Group social!

We'll provide the ingredients to create healthy meals together while discussing nutrition.

Afterwards, we'll enjoy a dinner party with friends from the community.

Atlanta disabled adults are welcome! Come eat with us!

This Saturday, January 11th we will host FOOD GROUP at our home with myself and a chef from the community! We will be making pizzas with cauliflower crusts and a wide variety of topping choices so that we can all share in the process of choosing foods from all the food groups to make balanced meals.

I am £97 short for rent and it has to be paid tomorrow.

If just 2 people sign up for annual subscriptions, I'm covered!
I'm a black trans woman fighting poverty and homelessness.

To support myself, I set up a patreon where you can get access to all my recipes, poetry, artwork and photography for just £5.

Something new EVERY SINGLE DAY. You won't regret it.

Social media reminds me of a big popularity contest, while everyone pretends it isn't, even as they engage in it and perpetuate it. Weird.

I can't unsee it. I am so different this way.

The quiet forest beckons.

Human connection is a basic need for all of us, but so many disabled adults lack access to social engagement and often don't get to leave the house or have friends. Instead, we create a household full of peers that makes its own plans for community involvement.

Having a job is so important for many people with disabilities. It provides structure, gives a sense of purpose, is a reason for social engagement, and allows people to make money to support themselves and be independent.
