These are reminders of why women’s rights are so important. We mustn’t let anything infringe those rights - not religion, nor secular cults of the individual or of “gender”.

And Chris Whitty reminds us that cycling is, in fact, a perfectly normal thing to do, a perfectly healthy thing to do, and a cheap form of transport. No lycra necessary. (Or cycle helmets, IMO. Shhhh!!!)

Totally agree. Why can’t we have interesting buildings instead of letting developers plant 💩? Oh, yes, because National government loves growth at any cost and local government doesn’t have strong planning powers.
