Not gonna go digging for the post that prompted this, but: there’s no wrong way to make art. It’s okay to obsess over a piece, to sweat the nitpicky details, to redo that one line a dozen times until it’s just right.

My phone takes the worst, most pixilated later pictures ever ☹️

I remember for years I bought markers, like alcohol markers because I thought that’s what I had to do to make real art

Saw a bunch of people using colored pencils (2020) so I bought those…hated it, god it was terrible for me

Been happily making the art I want with what I want, ever since 🤗

My big difference is I’m commenting on here to support people/just be positive
