All the more reason to try to work deep in counts vs Fried/Rodon and limit strikeouts. IMO, goal should be to get to their bullpen as early as possible. 10 walks in 17 innings in the 2nd half vs Red Sox between the two.

Makes sense. Past the Super Two deadline. Figured they wouldn’t entertain calling him up until after the Yankees series. Though I still wonder if they wait until the west coast trip like Devers
