They shouldn't because there is no good answer.

Do you think that it's worthwhile to ask the SEC whether they are concerned that Trump has access to information in the Epstein files which could, if made public, affect the price of Trump crypto?
The SEC's lawyers will know exactly what the implications of that question are. It will be fun.

Also, insider trading can be seen as a strict liability crime. When insiders gain access to material nonpublic information they have a fiduciary duty to not trade in their business's equity, debt, futures, etc., until that information is made public. Proof of motive or even causation isn't needed.

You can get that information much more, easily than I.
We all know that Trump's Crypto business is a scam - that Trump & his sons are selling access and influence when they sell his crypto. We should see that he's covering up the Epstein files to protect his obscenely profitable crypto business.

. . . securities and crypto. There is no good answer to this question if you and your colleagues follow up on their answers.
Hope this helps.
December 6, 2025 at 5:56 PM
. . . unimaginable.
I think if you and your colleagues just ask the right questions Trump's fraud could be exposed. As Trump, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Karoline Levit, et al, whether they know if there is anything in the Epstein files which, if released, would affect the price of Trump brand . . .
December 6, 2025 at 5:54 PM
. . . it was the official policy of the DOJ and the White House to release the Epstein Files. After May Trump has done everything in his power to conceal them. If you stop to thick how he has used the power of his office to do this, the implications and complications of the cover-up are almost . . .

the prices of Trump's securities and crypto drop. Yesterday the Democrats released pictures of Epstein's island with no people in the images and their prices dropped. Again though, correlation isn't causation.
Before May, which is when Pam Bondi told Trump that his name came up in the files, . . .

I should have taken screenshots of the tickers. From my notes WLFI tokens were at $0.1602 at 07:04 and dropped to $0.1416 by 12:02. Considering that the Trump family owns multiple billion WLFI tokens this was a big loss, at least on paper.
Every time news about the Epstein files is released . . .
December 6, 2025 at 5:33 PM
. . . started to drop again. In the afternoon the White House made an announcement about Trump's $2000 tariff divident, and the prices went up. I know correlation isn't causation, but for such notoriously volatile crypto to fall and rise sat the same time can't be a coincidence.. . .

These email's are undoubtedly in the FBI's files. Shortly after the emails were released the prices on all 3 tickers started to drop. GOP elected officials claimed that the Democrats were cherry clicking from the files, and prices stabilized. A Tranche of emails were released, and the prices . . .
December 6, 2025 at 5:11 PM
Yes. Look at the ticker for DJT on Nasdaq and the tickers for WLFI tokens and the Trump meme coin for November 12. Early that morning Democrats on the Oversight committee released 3 emails from Epstein's account which mentioned Trump. The Committee obtained these emails from Epstein's estate. . . .

Maybe I can see it because I suffer from an affliction of the mind from my past profession. I can see evidence as not just proof of the truth of its contents; I can still see it as proof of something that doesn't rely on it's truth - In this case it's poof of materiality and motive.
December 6, 2025 at 4:45 PM
You don't understand. Trump is the ultimate insider. Crypto is being sold on Trump's behalf while Trump in concealing the parts of the Epstein files which will damage the Trump brand and the Trump crypto business. This isn't about Trump's past conduct - it's about Trump's ongoing fraud.
December 6, 2025 at 4:35 PM
This fraud seems like something the SEC would want to know about as they ask questions about Alt5 Sigma.
December 6, 2025 at 3:36 PM
Zach, you say you're investigating how Trump is turning political power into personal profit, but you can't see that he's running an insider trading scheme from inside the oval office? Maybe it's the banality of it. Trump sees the Epstein files as potential for bad financial press if made public.
December 5, 2025 at 5:24 PM
How much was he selling in May when Pam Bondi told him that his name came up in the Epstein files? What does the release of anything which connects Trump to Epstein do to the price of Trump crypto? He had access to material nonpublic information in May. Did he stop selling until it was made public?
December 5, 2025 at 4:57 PM
Hi Zach. Question: Do you thing that the parts of the Epstein files which mention Trump contain material nonpublic information about Trump crypto? Is this information which an investor would think is important before buying or selling Trump crypto? I'll wait for the penny to drop off-line.

The Trump Family owns 5 billion World Liberty Financial tokens. We don't know how many they've sold in the last 7 months. World Liberty Financial paid his family over $400 million from it's sale of WLFI tokens. The Trump family sells Trump Meme coins. 2/

Not Squirrel Hill, but there was a great mom and pop lumber and hardware store on Liberty Ave in Bloomfield.
