The Supreme Court's new term kicked off this week, and we're watching several cases that implicate our civil liberties.

Next week, we’ll be at the court to defend Black voters’ right to a fair congressional map in Louisiana that doesn’t dilute their voting power.

NEW: We filed a brief in support of the Associated Press in their lawsuit against the Trump administration.

Media outlets shouldn't have to parrot the government's worldview — whether it's the name of the Gulf of Mexico or anything else — in order to access White House events.
