Hamilton Morrin (KCL) and ACP‑UK’s Director for Early Careers, Dr Jake Easto, tested ChatGPT‑5 with role‑played mental health conditions. Dr Easto noted it ‘struggled significantly’ with psychosis and mania, sometimes reinforcing delusional beliefs rather than challenging them.
