I also explain why it looks the way it does. There is reason for all of it.

So you better read that thread before you ask questions about that graph.

I’m happy to answer questions most of the time, but my time is limited, and the answers you seek are probably there.

Last month, when reporting September’s loading numbers, Interfax said the loading plan for October 2025 would 3.052 million tons per day

3.052 x 31=94.612 million tons

That’s less that what they actually reportedly shipped

I know I don’t discuss the volumes of these other bonds very often.

The government hasn’t been placing them this year and it’s only a fraction of the total.

But in case you were curious.

Here are the volumes of the AD bonds as of 14 August

Look at propaganda vs what I told you.
“Will Putin react if he imposes tariffs? Most likely not”

~ Olga Skabeeva

Most likely, it will either get people to stop buying from Russia or demand even bigger discounts from Russia for the added risk.

🍿 Neither are good for Russia

Here’s what I wish more people understood on a fundamental level.

Russia making budget cuts is a problem because all of this stuff was already falling apart.

They weren’t paying for the stuff you might think they would. So now image things with even LESS money.

It also means that the government brings in less rubles per barrel of oil.

So if the government decides to move it, as many have been predicting, expect even “official” inflation to increase.
‼️ Russia: “The government and the Central Bank are planning to collapse the ruble to 100 per dollar in order to patch up the budget”

*maybe*
