MOT, proud husband, proud dad, black coffee, glass always half full.
I have seen quite a bit of negativity about last nights performance from #lufc it was a filthy night and stop start game broken up with injury, VAR nonsense and poor reffing, West Ham have some excellent individuals who are low on confidence not ability, illness and injury meant we had to dig in and

Just back from Elland Road. Row BB east stand completely soaked all night- totally worth it- great effort from the lads, dug in, dug deep and deserved the win, some great performances tonight Rodon, Aaronson, Bogle, Longstaff all awesome. 3 great points #lufc

If the pattern of our season becomes that we are really competitive, play well and are ‘unlucky’ but ultimately drop points against the top teams and play poorly without cutting edge against poor teams who are happy for us to have the ball because we don’t create enough-survival looks tough! #lufc

I think the 12.30 kick offs never suited #lufc in the championship as we were always the favourites to win. As the underdog perhaps it suits us better now, I realise I’m clutching at straws but think there is something to the psychology of it

There were seven premier league games that had goals after 90mins this weekend (still one game to go) that’s a lot of heartbreak and frustration shared around. #lufc need to be very aware of tired end of games when so much effort goes in to being in good positions need to be tight to see games out

It’s a good measure of dominance when the BBC highlights are pretty much all #lufc such a shame for the players efforts that they couldn’t hold on. Still feel the strange mix of frustrated and encouraged

The fact I feel so gutted when I felt before kick off that a point would be a great result shows the level of that performance. Gutted but encouraged #lufc

Watching ‘all the angles’ clip on lutv the noise of Stach’s free kick hitting the back of the net is a thing of beauty and hearing it over and over followed by the #lufc fans reaction 🤌

Isn’t it glorious having a day after the match where you want to watch all the highlights of an #lufc game over and over, wins are so precious

Less than a week ago TEN MAN Newcastle ran Liverpool completely ragged and were absolutely robbed when Liverpool sneaked a late win. I think most realistic #lufc fans (me included) feared for this game after that. The battle our boys put in yesterday was excellent, at this stage an excellent point

Elland Road played its part today, it was great in there, shame we didn’t get a goal to celebrate but that is a good foundation to build on, lots of positive performances particularly the defence for me, but Nmecha first half battled well against a very physical defence #lufc

Relieved that Farke has changed the front line- I wasn’t sure he would, must admit I did wonder if Bijol would come in today especially with the threat of Dan Burn #lufc
August 30, 2025 at 3:47 PM
Really looking forward to Elland Road today. Tough one as I think our injuries hurt us more than their injuries hurt them. 90mins to forget about the transfer window nonsense and make Elland Road a cauldron of noise and defiance #lufc

I know at times he has split opinion but the Bamford years have been a rollercoaster with some brilliant highs, my children fell in Love with #lufc in that time and he was their no.9 and he always will be. Genuinely wish him all the best

Time has to move on but really sad to see Paddy finally leave, he has been a great part of recent history. At his best he was unplayable, also at times a lightening rod for fan disgruntlement, some incredible goals some incredible misses, really felt he loved #lufc all the best Paddy du du du du…

Watching football away on holiday, in a lovely warm climate by a pool with a drink, finding random #lufc fans to chat with- sounds lovely but the last 3 games we’ve done it…
-play off final last year
-Arsenal 5-0
-last nights marvelous league cup
Get me back to Elland Road on Saturday 🤣💪
August 27, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Sadly Farke got it wrong tonight, lots of people on here were calling for Nmecha up top to hold up play and Longstaff in midfield for surety, Piroe is not the striker to play away to tough physical top of the table teams. Lots wrong with tonight but one almost impossible away trip done-move on #lufc
August 23, 2025 at 8:21 PM
Watching tonight in the ‘sports bar’ by the pool on holiday, already spotted quite a few Arsenal fans but my sons been out scouting and says there are quite a few #lufc fans around the hotel, hopefully all good natured when we pinch three points tonight 💪🤣

I think because of teams like Chelsea holding about 50 players at the club I had forgotten that it is a 25man squad for the prem. for any more #lufc signings it will have to be one in one out- Schmidt we know will go, if we do another signing who goes next?
August 22, 2025 at 1:17 PM
Love the phrase ‘blistering pace’- didn’t realise the flexibility he brings, great sum up of another player I knew very little about #lufc
August 21, 2025 at 8:32 PM
Really good read this, always like an outside perspective on the madness that is being #lufc
I went to Leeds to try to understand the psychological head*ck of supporting Leeds United, a club where expectation and reality punch each other in the face.

The absurdity of supporting Leeds
In few places do the winds of change blow through more fiercely than Elland Road

As the dust settles on #lufc 1-0 Everton. I was thinking how cautious Moyes was. They came to the newly promoted team and played for a draw. I would say they will be in trouble this year if they continue like Monday night
August 20, 2025 at 12:57 AM
Really weird to be agreeing with Gary Neville so much tonight 😂 the studio was far better than the in match commentary #lufc
August 18, 2025 at 9:28 PM
That feels great, home record will be so important this season and also games against teams from mid table down, fully deserved that tonight and had the swagger of last season at points too- great to remind the Premier league that Elland Road is a place like no other #lufc
August 18, 2025 at 9:08 PM
Pretty decent first half, I wanted to see we can hold our own in the Prem and they have stood up really well- great intensity and lovely passing in tight spaces. Everton are a tough defence, we need the breakthrough #lufc
