I REALLY like the way that Barrack Obama dissects what’s wrong with USA politics - not based on partisan arguments - but on the freedoms that the constitution is based upon protecting.

I received a really difficult phone call whilst at lunch at #monkigras yesterday. It was very upsetting.
I was so thankful for the lovely humans who offered to hold space for me even though I hardly knew them. Community in action.
