My take is that this was more like the scene in "Goodfellas" where Joe Pesci was told he was going to be a "made man", and when he arrived there was a hitman waiting for him.

I just get burned out with everything being a "political statement". Some of us are just trying to do the works Jesus would have us do without being pigeonholed into an ideological slot.
