I agree. A good analogy is having a friend that’s in an abusive relationship, after many times of telling them to leave and they won’t, you have to step neck but when you do, you tell them “if you do ever decide to leave, I’ll be here for you, no judgment or I told you so.”

Well obviously they’d get so mad they’d commit powerful acts of resistance: writing disapproving finger wagging posts on social media, share memes and sanctimoniously attack their own side for lacking ideological purity. They’ll also not read what you write but jump to point out that you’re wrong.

Obviously none- most products in the US are shipped via covered wagon or passenger pigeon. Lots of people are saying that the genius behind this policy deserves the Nobel Prize for economics. Woke trucker immigrants, amirite?

Maybe it’s a paranoid reach, but I don’t think this increase is about deporting immigrants, it seems more likely aimed at detaining lots and lots of people, regardless of their citizenship.

It won’t cause the plane to crash but instead it can cause interference in the pilot’s headset, resulting in static, buzzing, and other annoying interference with communications.
