We're not even halfway through the help file that we're working on, but we're learning a valuable lesson. Most people will not do anything unless, there are some clues as to what they need to do next. We need to be more self motivated to learn

Last year, the corporations threatened to terminate anyone that refused to go back to the office. And now, they just lay people off, in favor of A.I. Now is a good time to balance your 'life' with 'work'. you need to do both.

There's no way to stop the direction the economy is going, unless we face the facts. The future of 'work' will be Gig work. Doing whatever you can to pay the bills. Face the new reality or deny it, that's all up to you.

To help people with their business, but are working on a budget. We ask for for donations to help you, but you should also know that you can help yourself by making regular payments on your projects. If your project makes a profit, then you make a payment.

'Gig Work' exists...
The problem is finding it. Then the other necessity is being able to work independently, without anyone watching you. No, fake it till you make it, because those days are done. Next, taking responsibility for the customers you're working with. It's not that difficult.

We've decided to get into sales...
But not like what you're used to. People have a way of buying things that they don't really need. So, we're offering 'consultation' on the items that we have available, and options for 'us' to look for a better price, since the item may be discounted elsewhere.

Just like last year, we're recruiting for Technical Support. The website we have is a 'ticketing platform' designed for individual contractors. It's used to process and resolve issues that customers submit tickets for. Ask questions as you go along. It's best viewed by Desktop.

Buy up all the toilet paper, if you think that will help. The other option is to focus on increasing your finances. You can only buy so much with the money you have. You'll still need more money to buy enough to compensate. Think of it as a homework assignment.

Most people will not know what you can do, unless you notify them. Reach out to the people that you can work with. The environment is changing to a 'cooperative' state, where we need to work together. Competition degrades your resources.

It's possible to confirm an appointment without using a customer's phone number.
1. Contractor schedules the appointment date and time.
2. The customer responds to confirm or reschedule.
3. If all goes well, then a date and time is agreed upon.
4. The Contractor is notified by text message.

We enhanced the responder for client appointments, that the customer can see the timeframe for resolution, and the time set for the appointment clearly. This helps with scheduling and rescheduling for appointments. More improvements are in progress.

It gets easier on the eyes, once you're in there and making a selection. But the 'Quick Chat' is designed to allow you to ask the important questions that determine whether or not you need to put in a ticket. It's a time saver when you just need a question answered.

Working at home is a job for a lot of people. And now with so many federal workers unemployed, they have a choice. They can seek work in Corporations, and risk another layoff, or they can seek independent work at home. We say it's better to work comfortably, while you worry :)

If you have time, and your motivated enough to survive a recession, then now would be a good time to research and learn as much as you can about technology. Remember that we live in a connected world where we can do a lot with a little bit. But we need to learn 'how'.

Those of us who have worked inside of a corporation, know how frustrating it is to switch screens to find the information you need. Send email, schedule appointments and follow ups. There's even a note section to keep track of what you're doing.
