Last week, we worked with the Activity Alliance to arrange training for school staff responsible for leading PE and Sports activities. ⚽

This training aims to provide staff with the knowledge and confidence in adapting their school PE for all pupils, ensuring everyone has a chance to benefit. 🫶

Earlier this month, our Sport Welfare Manager, Heidi, was invited by Oxfordshire Goalball to try her hand at the sport with MyVision Oxfordshire at Falcon Boat Club! 🥅

It's great to see how the team gets stuck in with inclusive sport, and we look forward to hearing more from the club! 🌟

It was an opportunity for those with visual impairments to come along and try new activities such as kayaking on the river before trying their hand at Goalball.

Anjali Dance Company, who run inclusive dance sessions for adults with learning disabilities, will be sharing their insight into the positive impact that art and movement has.

Over the summer holidays, we’ve been hosting free disability-inclusive Multisport days, with the aim of connecting families with inclusive sports clubs and getting ourselves some fresh air! 🌿
