Dover has enjoyed the benefits of a successful GOGA project!

Your Leisure Kent Limited was the lead organisation for Get Out Get Active in Action Dover. They worked in the Dover district to provide classes, taster sessions and events.

Activity Alliance has teamed up with Rebound Therapy to promote the Rebound Therapy Practitioner course.

It uses trampolines to provide opportunities for movement, therapeutic exercise and recreation for disabled people.
