Absolutely their loss. One way to view it is yes, it’s a job - but you’re better off not being in a toxic environment where they don’t value their employees and can be so heartless.

I saw this really early in the morning when I was waking up and I thought the little shimmer detail in the middle of the strap under his head was the earth and he was just that massive! Love this!
