I have Procreate Pocket and I will say tutorials are your bestie
One tip that I do for full base color:
Select layer > Alpha Lock > Choose your color > Fill Layer
And also using BRIGHT colors for sketching on different layers so you see where things are

If I can offer a suggestion, I took Ritalin for a few years (when I was working) and it helped a lot, but that’s only a suggestion, what worked for me might not for you
