Someone is going to win, not voting helps the worse option win, and while the idea of making things SO bad that it leads to a revolution is attractive when you don't think about it too much, realize that those who progressives seek to protect will get eaten first when that time comes.

The other harsh reality is that Trump made serious gains with Latino and Black men, voters under 30, and more broadly with working class non-white voters, while a lot of people who supported Biden stayed home for Harris for reasons completely unrelated to foreign policy.

I think you're overconfident in the popularity of your position there. Some people might have protest voted or not voted because of Gaza, but the harsh reality is that speaking, about 30% of US voters do not care and never will, turnout was about the same in 2024 as 2020.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure in every state you are legally justified in using deadly force to prevent someone from entering your home to commit a violent felony.
