The awkwardness is palpable in this video. You’re putting on a false smile & fake laugher to try to convince yourself that your true feelings & instincts are wrong. He is clearly desperate to avoid saying anything that might indicate true commitment & actually pushes the onus of commitment onto you.

This is tough to watch because on one hand, you look so much like your naturally fun and goofy self that I care for so much. But knowing about the menace who sits beside you, and how much harm he’ll cause you, casts a very sobering shadow over the playful lightheartedness of cute and funny faces.

His attack ads arguing that Peltola’s values weren’t Alaskan values, that she represents DC not AK, etc., were ridiculous. I disagree w/ her on some issues, but unlike him, she’s about as Alaskan as it gets. And as much as can be expected from politicos, I think she has AK’s best interests at heart.

Dr Suess goes to the dark side in that alternative! The Grinch could also be another word for mutant since he was born with a heart that was abnormally small and has superhuman strength. As for the green color, maybe he eats too much asparagus?

Hahaha! I recently got Twitter probation for reporting too many bot/scam accounts and/or voting on too many community notes. I’ve had Bluesky for a bit, but I think I’ll try to use it more now.
