Had cocido for lunch in Madrid yesterday and I’m still full today.
Bowls of broth. A platter of chickpeas with pork fat and potatoes. Many different meats on two different plates. A table covered with the many courses of cocido; chickpeas, a jar of broth, and plates piled with meats.
