Saw a clue last week on Insta after Igls Europe Cup I think that he knew that was going to happen. Nothing more alluded. Hope he's able to go support Mica though

It serves about 3 houses as a two way function, but also acts as a primary exit for smaller vehicles exiting County Hall behind (I was ex-WSCC). Also fun fact, one of those houses used to be the residence of Eric Gill, known for his font types.

The YouTube feed is doing relative numbers too, which hopefully will drag in some more keen beans for Altenberg, especially with eyes on M-C.

Hope Kris and crew are all ok. Kris did a phenomenal job getting down in 1 piece The clip is doing the rounds on generic SM feeds today too

I've just started reading Aubery-Maturin series, 20 books long, best known by Master and Commander, the Russell Crowe film, which is a composite of 3 of the books i think. Audiobook versions are available. Just thinking an absolute disconnect to c1800 might be nice.

And one Altenberg right before the Olympics is enough for a lot of crews let alone two.

And this will have a knock on for the Olympics qualification scoring right, in the event of one not happening? Is there a mechanism to moderate that due to force majeure?

I seem to recall some late night midweek races in the middle past to make up the season, when was the last one of those?

I mean... the answer seemingly is all over Lisa Buckwitz's sled...

Thanks Ken. Noticeable the churn in the LAT camp since the Oskars. What sort of shenanigans this time?

I believe the escalators were installed prior to the rest of the building being completed, hence their replacement is having to be done piecemeal
November 4, 2025 at 11:12 AM
Just reminded me. I remember the Swiss trying a new asymmetrical development sled back in what, 21, but then falling back to the classic Wallner(?) style instead. Guessing it was a bit of a dead end. Can't come cheap to do that sort of thing though!

Someone, I think it may have been Jim Waterson made mention recently that a day at the cricket was a rather cost effective method to book office space and that's changed my perspective completely.

Wonder if that includes or discounts the alleged 'sales' made across 4 prominent Canadian dealers right before subsidies were pulled by Mark Carney with 72 hours notice...

Expect to be tested. Expect to be caught. Highly disappointing that this should happen in 2025...

You could hear Martin almost say 'well this is a brave call' for the cancellation notice, especially if tomorrow gets riaky. The post run TV had G Rich, the German coaches and someone else in (quite a relaxed) discussion.

Makes sense. That's why I'm not on an IBSF jury I reckon!
March 14, 2025 at 6:46 PM
I'm quite shocked that it was fully cancelled, didn't seem to hold up Brad or Frans, crocked cowling/steering aside! And now the ladies are on in presumably warmer weather.

At Half Time, minimum is what you were trying to say?
February 22, 2025 at 3:07 PM
Got ya. Hadn't read the rules close enough to see top 60 cut off, so thanks for filling that gap

Thanks Ken. I do love an underdog, so definitely cheering on the NAC based teams who we haven't been seen over in Europe as much plus GBR. I know low WC scores less than high conti, but no CRO in 2 man is a surprise (vice POR I guess). Also, no JWCH slots now? Cheers!
