The day-over-day numbers are neat, but given that it looks like there's a pretty meaningful change from Monday to Sunday every week, do you think that WoW numbers would be more useful?

No!! I won't stand for it! "Ai" is a perfectly lovely name that doesn't need this!
The problem is the fonts. We use serifs in printed media for good reason! Either push for fonts with serifs or ones that curve their lowercase L.
If you can't control your font just write it as A.I.
