And then some time later. Maybe Chrissy asks him why he’s never cut a demo, and he makes a joke about *insert cause here* needing the money more. Chrissy realizes what he means. “Why didn’t you ever say anything?” “I though you were happy.” Lovin’, but with heart eyes 😍. Fin.

Makes me think of The Sword in the Stone, when Merlin transforms himself and Arthur into animals. I always get sad when the squirrel is left heartbroken, once Arthur returns to his normal appearance.
