I am surprised that he can spell DEI.

They have improved recruitment. Since they have taken over they have signed: Deligt, Mazarouri, Yoro, Heaven, Dorgu, Cunha, Muembo, Sesko, and Lammens, with breaking the bank and not earning over £200,000 a week. None of these players look like a bad signing.

Ineos may have a lot faults, but when it comes to running tge football operations they’re light years ahead of Woodward & Co. They have out a management structure in place that has gotten rid of the deadwood in the squad and their bloated contracts.

This will be a problem if they qualify for Champions League because they will have to build out the squad. They will need more than a couple of midfielders. So, they can’t wait until July to start signing players.

The only other managers they should consider are Ancelotti, Poch, & Emery. The problem I see with them is 2 of them wouldn’t be available until after the WC, & they would have to negotiate with Villa to get Emery, which means they wouldn’t be able to plan for next season until late in the summer.

They can’t let what happened with Ole to influence them, one way or another. It was a different club back then, for starters Woodward was in charge.

It’s the same here in America. All the media organizations have bent the knee to Trump.

He would lose to a White man. It’s a moot point because he won’t be on the ballot.

Once there is an outbreak it is too late to talk about vaccines. The damage was done by Kennedy who for years had spoken out against vaccines.

We got the result we needed. Getting by Villa is the more immediate goal.

We have heard of over coached players , now we have over coached managers. Who put their system ahead of what best suits the players. Holland is throwback to the Fergie days, where they coach the team to the manager’s requirements.

Now that he is back in his best position, and playing in his best position, in team that is playing to his strengths, he might not be so keen to leave.

After last year’s UL Final, when Amorim set them up to play in a 3-4-3, with Bruno play as a deep holding midfielder, he saw his future, and he didn’t like it. Then when they signed 2 10’s, his future looked even bleaker.
If United sign Baleba & Anderson where would he fit in an Amorim system?

If United qualify for UCL football, he should be in the running for Player of the Year awards.

Today’s managers is that they are obsessed with implementing their system, instead of letting the players play.
This probably started with Pep. Who as great as he is, has turned the players into chess pieces on a chess board.
SAF managed relied on his knowledge of football than any one system.
